Chuck Smith, candidate for VA's 3rd congressional district, presents his position on how to bring back jobs and businesses to VA's 3rd district.  He explains that reducing the costs of running businesses (by lowering taxes and reducing regulations) allows businesses to direct their resources to expanding and hiring more employees.

"The biggest income tax increase in America's history will take effect
 on January 1. The new tax increase falls almost 100 percent on small business owners and high-income taxpayers. As a result, many more jobs will be lost and more businesses will be closed."
